Authenticity questions
What should I send with an authenticity concern?
Your order number, photographs of the item and packaging, and a brief explanation of the concern. Please keep all original packaging while the review is open.
Does the guarantee apply to sale items?
Yes. Authenticity concerns are reviewed even when an item was purchased on sale. Other return reasons remain subject to our return policy.
Are you an authorized Takara Tomy dealer?
Spin Collectables is an independent retailer. We do not claim an authorized relationship with Takara Tomy unless that relationship is expressly documented.
Does this replace the return policy?
No. This guarantee specifically covers authenticity as represented. Standard returns, condition questions and order issues remain subject to the store policies shown at checkout and on our policy pages.
